Shipping policy

All items will ship priority with USPS or UPS. This provides tracking and insurance for safety, and I've also found it to be the most cost efficient. If you would prefer another carrier,  feel free to contact me to arrange that.

Turnaround time for:

• T-shirts is 7-10 business days
• Sublimation tumblers 7-10 business days
• Epoxy tumblers 10-14 business days

 

You will be notified when your order is ready for pick up or get a tracking number when it ships.  

Items not picked up for 90 days or more will be forfeited, along with payment or deposit paid for said items. 

3 months is plenty of time for you to come up with the other half or find time to swing by my house. I'm happy to mail your items to you if you are willing to pay shipping if it's difficult for you to make it by.
